a person passes a heart to another person
  1. Surprise someone with an authentic compliment about how they handled something.
  2. Listen closely to an acquaintance who’s in need of being heard.
  3. Lend a hand to a stranger.
  4. Say a genuinethank you” to the conductor on the train or the cashier at the grocery store.
  5. Let another driver cut in front of you with a cheery wave.
  6. Check in on your elderly neighbor and share coffee and a laugh.
  7. Smile and make eye contact with a stranger.
