Pink Grapefruit Margarita

For a classic presentation, salt the edge of your glasses by running a lime wedge around the rim and rolling in kosher salt.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh pink grapefruit juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • Ice
  • 1/4 cup Meyer lemon syrup or lime syrup
  • 2 grapefruit wedges for garnish

Alcohol options: Tequila or Cointreau

Directions

STEP 1
In a small pitcher, stir together the grapefruit juice, lime juice, and Meyer lemon syrup. Pour into two margarita glasses filled with ice, and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
STEP 2
If you’d prefer your margarita blended, simply put the grapefruit juice, lime juice, Meyer lemon syrup and 1 1/2 cups of ice in a blender and blend until the ice is crushed. Pour into margarita glasses and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
