Gingerbread Protein Bites

Tastes like the cookie, but with a boost of protein and no refined sugar.
GIngerbread Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1 cup walnuts, almonds, or cashews
  • 1 serving vanilla Life Time Collagen Protein Powder
  • 1 tbs. molasses
  • 3/4 tsp.ginger
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats

Directions

STEP 1
Soak the dates for five to 10 minutes in hot water. Drain and add to a food processor.
STEP 2
Combine all ingredients, excluding the oats, into the food processor and blend until smooth.
STEP 3
Add the oats and pulse until combined.
STEP 4
Transfer to a small bowl and roll into 1½-inch balls. Store in the refrigerator for five to seven days.
