It's easy to cook up Michelle Tam's super-satisfying paleo recipes with this handy shopping list.

Meat/Seafood/Proteins

__ Bacon: 4 slices + 3 slices
__ Eggs: pastured, 2 large
__ Pork shoulder: bone-in, 5 lbs.

Dairy/Non-Dairy

__ Coconut milk: full-fat, 1/2 cup

Spices & Oils

__ Balsamic vinegar: aged
__ Black pepper
__ Cardamom: ground
__ Coconut oil
__ Ghee
__ Kosher salt
__ Paprika
__ Sea salt: Hawaiian red

Pantry Staples

__ Chicken stock or bone broth: 4 cups

Produce

__ Apple: 1 Braeburn, Empire, Cortland or McIntosh
__ Avocado: 1 large Hass
__ Brussels sprouts: 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. (save outer leaves for chips)
__ Carrots: 1 1/2 lbs.
__ Garlic: 6 cloves
__ Gingerroot: 1 knuckle
__ Leeks: 2 large
__ Lemon: 1 medium
