Ingredients
- 12 pitted dates
- 1 cup natural nut butter
- 1 1/2 cups pitted cherries
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup shelled sunflower seeds
Directions
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
STEP 2
In a food processor, blend together the dates and nut butter until an even paste forms. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until the mix-ins are evenly distributed.
STEP 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment and press the bars so they're about 1/4-inch thick. Bake for 12 minutes.
STEP 4
Allow bars to cool completely before cutting and enjoying.
