The holiday season is upon us: Are you ready for all the hustle and bustle that comes along with it? While meant to be a time of joy and merriment, the holidays can also be a source of stress and overwhelm — with gift-giving often a top cause.

But what if it were easier to find the perfect gift for everyone on your list? At Life Time, we believe the most meaningful presents aren’t always objects, but also offerings that create a lasting impact on the mind, body, or overall well-being of those receiving them.

That’s why we curated this list of gift ideas from Life Time experts who keep health top-of-mind. Use it as your inspiration for finding the best present for everyone on your shopping list — it may even give you ideas for your personal wish list, too!

Nick Davis

High performance coach and performer and coach at Life Time in New York City and on-demand performer in the Life Time app

His Wish List: My dream gift this holiday season is the Garmin Forerunner 965 smartwatch, which is an upgrade from the older forerunner I wear every day while coaching at Life Time and training on my own. I still love my current watch, but after finishing my first IRONMAN 70.3, I’m ready for a brighter screen, longer battery life, and the deeper training insights that the 965 offers. Features like training readiness, HRV status, and built-in course maps would help me balance heavy coaching days with recovery and preparation for my next race.

His Gifting List: I plan on giving the Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 headphones this year because my entire family runs and I want them to stay safe while they train. These bone-conduction headphones let you hear music or podcasts without blocking out the sounds of traffic, bikes, or other runners — something traditional in-ear buds just can’t do. And the sound quality is great without isolating you from your surroundings. They’re also lightweight and stay put even on long runs.

Kris Miner

ARORA captain and pickleball pro at Life Time Target Center in Minneapolis, Minn.

Her Wish List: When it comes to buying and receiving presents, I like to keep things as simple as possible. I’ve been known to ask for a Life Time gift card to use at the LifeSpa since there are so many incredible services available for hair, nails, massage, and more.

There’s nothing better than a luxurious beauty treatment or spa service to help me look and feel my best, or to help me relax during the holidays.

Her Gift List: I love giving my friends and family members Life Time gift cards as well. The ones who aren’t Life Time members are thrilled to learn that the LifeCafe, LifeSpa, and pro shops are open to the public.

My home club is in the lower level of the Target Center in Minneapolis, and I love reminding folks that they can grab healthy and delicious food and beverages at the THRIVE Bar and Restaurant in the club before heading up to sporting events or concerts.

My dream scenario to bring gifting and receiving together? Heading to Life Time with a friend or family member and our gift cards in hand to enjoy quality time, a great meal (from the in-club bar and restaurant), and some pampering together.

Erica Newson

Kids and aquatics operations specialist at Life Time

Her Wish List: My husband and I are training for our first 5K, and it’s completely reshaped my holiday wish list this year. With three young kids, a calendar packed with sports and activities, and the holidays fast approaching, carving out time for myself can be challenging. At the top of my list is the new LTH Dream Multi-Mag Sleep Support Powder. With three little ones under the age of 9, uninterrupted sleep feels like a luxury, and I would love to add this as a part of my training routine.

Her Gift List: If you’re looking for a perfect stocking stuffer, the Patchology Rosé Eye Gels and face masks are non-negotiables for me. My sisters and I always put them on right after opening gifts in our matching pajamas!

Each year, we also love to sign our kids up for the Parents Night Out “Drop Off & Shop” event. While they’re off making gifts and crafts, we get a rare (and much needed!) night to finish holiday shopping or wrapping gifts. The homemade crafts they come home with also often make simple and sweet gifts they can give to family members!

Laura Jollie

Marketing director for Dynamic Personal Training at Life Time

Her Wish List: I’m hoping for a red-light therapy device. I started using red-light therapy as part of my recovery plan after a knee surgery, and it made a huge difference. Now I love the idea of incorporating it more regularly into my overall wellness routine. There are so many options available — face masks, neck enhancers, hats — I’d love any of them!

I’d also love a service to the LifeSpa or a Dynamic Stretch session. I tend to move at a pretty fast pace; slowing down with a deep tissue massage, facial, or assisted-stretch session would be a gift for both recovery and self-care.

As a former gymnast, I sometimes think I can just stretch on my own, but every time I do a Dynamic Stretch session, I’m reminded how different it is. Our stretch specialists know how to help you reach and release in ways you simply can’t do by yourself.

Her Gift List: For my parents, I want to give them the gift of comprehensive bloodwork from MIORA. My dad just retired, and in this new chapter they’re traveling, spending time with grandkids, and enjoying more freedom. As they get older, I want them to feel confident and proactive about their health — not waiting for something to go wrong but having a clear picture of what their bodies need to keep living well for years to come.

What I love about this kind of testing is that it’s not just a report that lands in your inbox. You actually sit down with medical providers and dietitians who explain what the results mean and then they put together an action plan that’s unique to you. That plan might include things like GLP-1s, hormone therapies, novel peptides, or advanced supplements — paired with ongoing medical oversight and re-testing so you know you’re on the right track. And, honestly, when it feels impossible to buy your parents more “stuff” because they already have everything they need, this feels different. The gift of personalized health insights is something you’ll never regret giving to someone you love.

For a smaller stocking-stuffer gift, I will be giving our LTH Power Creatine Monohydrate. This product contains high-quality ingredients and is NSF-certified, so you know it’s good.

Anika Christ

Senior director of Life Time Health

Her Wish List: Give me all the LifeSpa Medispa gift cards! I’ve made a larger effort on my skincare this year, so any chance I can get to book a facial or skinpen treatment is on my list.

A close second would be a few sessions with my favorite Pilates instructor (which is Theresa, if you happen to be near Life Time in Edina, Minn. Otherwise, you could gift a session with any instructor!). As I’m aging, I’ve been dedicated and disciplined with my strength training, but always need a little more motivation and accountability when it comes to my core strength.

Her Gifting List: All of my favorite people are getting LTH Dream Multi-Mag Sleep Support Powder this year. This supplement has been a life-changing product for me. It’s wildly improved both my deep sleep and REM sleep each night, and it’s becoming a wind-down ritual for me before bed. I love serving it to myself in a fancy glass — it tastes great! I’m planning on pairing the supplement with some glassware and cozy socks or a sleep mask.

Bradford Stevens

Group fitness instructor and coach at Life Time in New York City and on-demand and live-stream performer in the Life Time app

His Wish List: The holidays look a little different for me than most, as I usually stay in New York and spend Christmas on my own — something that’s gone from feeling unusual to feeling like a gift. Without travel or big family plans, I get to slow down, move at my own pace, and create my own little rituals.

This year, at the top of my wish list are Dynamic Stretch sessions at Life Time. Even though I coach others on recovery and performance, I still have to remind myself to book time for my own body. Having those sessions on the calendar would be like pressing a reset button before the new year.

I also try to make solo holidays feel special with small, happy traditions. One of my favorites is making a festive smoothie before heading to the club for a workout. Most of the year I keep my smoothies really clean: LTH protein powder as the base, lots of greens, and LTH Hydrate electrolytes. (I’d happily receive these LTH products as a gift, and you could easily give a smoothie-building bundle too!)

But during the holidays, I’ll give my smoothies a seasonal twist with organic peppermint mocha syrup (or I’ll make my own when I’m feeling extra festive!) or a sprinkle of cocoa. It’s still nourishing, but it feels fun and festive, and it’s an easy way to remind myself that even solo holidays can feel special.

His Gifting List: Because I know how meaningful small gestures can feel when you’re away from family, I’m putting together little “wellness starter kits” for my friends and clients. I run a small coffee company on the side, so each kit includes one of my favorite blends plus a handwritten note about creating their own healthy rituals. I’ll also add some Life Time products like LTH Hydrate packets or LTH Prime Collagen Peptides.

It’s not about big, flashy gifts, but rather about giving people a moment that feels thoughtful and useful — and maybe even sparks the beginning of a new ritual for themselves. Make space for things that light you up, whether that’s a great workout, a nourishing drink, a walk outside, or a tradition that’s just yours. That’s been my secret to making the season feel special no matter what.

Hannah Field

Social media content producer at Life Time

Her Wish List: I have never had a facial and would love to receive one — specifically a Hydrafacial from the LifeSpa!

Her Gifting List: I have a lot of pickleball enthusiasts in my life, so I’ll be gifting the LT Pro 48 Pickleball. It’s high quality, durable, and just feels good to play with — perfect for all levels of pickleball players.

Hayley Akradi

Senior project manager for Life Time Digital, Ultra Fit program lead, and creator and coach of the Body Blueprint

Her Wish List: If you know me, you know my ponytail is basically my signature look. And this year, I’m dreaming of refreshing it with some gorgeous new hair extensions from my favorite stylist at the LifeSpa (which is James, if you’re near the LifeSpa in Life Time Crosstown in Eden Prairie, Minn.).

Whether you’re looking to add length, volume, or just switch things up, a session with a talented stylist is the ultimate self-care gift.

I’m also excited about the new AION Weighted Vest that’s dropping around the holidays. It seriously looks like a regular, cute daily vest that I could wear everywhere! But here’s the genius part: Wearing a weighted vest is one of the easiest ways to increase your metabolic rate without adding any extra activities to your routine. Just go about your day and let it do the work.

I train hard — like, really hard. I even created my own strength-training program called the Body Blueprint on the Life Time app (which is complimentary for everyone!). But if I’m being honest, recovery isn’t always my strong suit. Every time I do a 30-minute Dynamic Stretch session, I feel absolutely revived. It’s the perfect complement to any training routine, so I’d love to receive a session as a gift.

Her Gift List: As a wellness warrior through and through, I love gifting things that genuinely make people’s lives better. The Jolie Filtered Shower Head removes chlorine, heavy metals, and other contaminants from your shower water to improve your skin, hair, and well-being. It’s one of those simple upgrades that makes a noticeable difference — and who doesn’t want healthier skin and hair?

I’ve had many people ask me for advice on supplements and how to get started, and gifting my go-to supplement stack has always been a huge win! In it, I’m including LTH Hydrate, LTH Glow Omega-3 Fish Oil, LTH Whey Protein, and LTH Revive Colostrum Powder. These are the ones I reach for daily to support my performance, recovery, and overall health. (If you want to learn more about why I love them, check out this Life Time Talks episode, “All About The Body Blueprint,” where I break it down.)

Wes Robertson

Senior classes operations manager at Life Time

His Wish List: As a frequent user of the Normatec compression sleeves in club, I would love to have a pair to use at home. After a long day or a tough workout, putting on the compression sleeves and kicking up my feet to answer emails or complete some administrative work while I’m also recovering at the same time would feel so much better.

His Gift List: Knowing my wife and kids have to stop at the LifeCafe every time we’re in the club for a shake and some Johnny Pops, a good gift for me to give (on top of others, of course) would be a Life Time gift card to use there. I think my wife calls that “girl math”?! If I load them up, then we can finish 2025 and move into 2026 with smiles each time we leave the club.

Austin Head

Group fitness performer and trainer at several Life Time clubs in the New York City area

His Wish List: I’m really wanting the Hyperboot by Nike x Hyperice. I think it’s such a big leap in technology that you can wear shoes and recover at the same time. These shoes combine wearable heat and Normatec dynamic air compression for enhanced warm-ups and recovery. This year, I’m all about recovery! I’m going for a few more world records in lunging, so anything that helps speed up the recovery process is what I’m wanting. Santa, please send this to me!

His Gift List: I always love to surprise my friends and husband by gifting them LifeSpa massages and facials. I feel it’s extra special when you schedule it for them as well. The shocked look on their faces when they know you went out of your way not just to purchase it, but schedule it for them, makes it so worth it!

Lindsay Ogden

Dynamic Personal Trainer at Life Time in Eden Prairie, Minn.

Her Wish List: The past two years, I’ve planned physically challenging adventures like hiking the Grand Canyon. Next, my boyfriend and I have talked about doing the Tour du Mont Blanc (TMB). The TMB is a circular trek around the Mont Blanc massif, passing through France, Italy, and Switzerland. It typically takes around eight to 12 days. Now, I’m not sure it will be “gifted” to me, but putting official dates on the calendar and paying for the flight would be a great first step and a wonderful gift — even if it’s from my own wallet.

Her Gift List: Working at Life Time makes gift-giving a breeze. I’m all about “treat yourself” moments for the ladies in my life, which ties in perfectly with a LifeSpa gift card: Who doesn’t love a massage?

Beyond that, there is some great apparel on the LT Shop from brands like LSKD. I love their athletic gear! Supplements like LTH Hydrate electrolyte packets or LTH Dream Multi-Mag Sleep Support Powder are also great gifts that almost anyone can use!

Lydia Hirt

Vice president of pickleball marketing at Life Time

Her Wish List: I set the intention with my wish list last year to focus on sleep (check it out here!) and successfully acquired my top desired gift of the coveted Eight Sleep mattress. With all that’s swirling in the world, sleep hasn’t always been easy, but the Eight Sleep truly has changed my life (and you might even spot me in an Eight Sleep commercial!).

What I’m looking for this year is to elevate my sleep further with the new Eight Sleep pillows which will pair perfectly with a new container of LTH Dream Multi-Mag Sleep Support Powder.

Her Gift List: For the gift that keeps on giving, I’ll be wrapping the LT Pro 48 pickleballs for all the picklers on my list. With this ball, you’ll get a consistent bounce, ideal speed, and durability — they may just last until next Christmas when I gift them all over again!

The LT Pro 48 pickleballs pair well with the gift of a tournament experience, as they’re the official ball of the PPA Tour. I’m planning on playing in a PPA event (in the intermediate amateur bracket!) with my fiancé (feel free to follow along our pickleball adventures on my Instagram!). I’ll be giving him the JOOLA Ben Johns Perseus Pro IV 16mm Pickleball Paddle as part of the package.

My dad will be getting a fresh pair of Tyrol Stack men’s pickleball sneakers with his pickleballs to keep him young at heart and stable on the court.

I love supporting female-founded brands, and Year of Ours is a personal favorite. Their Ribbed Football Bra and Ribbed Football Legging is both flattering and functional. My sister recently became a certified Yoga Sculpt instructor, and I’m excited to gift her this hot pink set.

My best friend, Olivia, is a former Iron(wo)man and has two young kids she’s always chasing. I’m surprising her with this Free People Movement You’re a Peach Bra and You’re a Peach Legging, so she’ll know she looks great no matter what she’s doing.

And for my girlfriends in NYC, I’ll be giving gift cards to the LifeSpa at Life Time One Wall Street. They can work out, enjoy luxurious amenities (there’s nothing like a sauna session after a GTX class), followed by a massage or blow-out at the LifeSpa.
