The Certified Functional Strength Certification course provides you with the practical coaching education needed to be an adaptable coach out on the training floor.
In our certification, we cover the entire training system that is used at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning. CFSC sets itself apart from other training certifications by requiring all coaches to undergo a practical coaching exam in order to earn their certification.
Our Level 1 course covers the fundamentals of personal and group training for the general population client. This includes mobility training, active warm-up, power development and strength training.
Our Level 2 course covers sports performance development, including speed training, advanced power development, agility training, advanced strength training methods, and conditioning.
You will walk away from your certification experience feeling confident that you can program, coach, and progress any client safely and effectively by using our system of progressions, regressions, and lateralization.
