Turkey Sausage Patties
Sausage patties don't need to be full of grease to taste great. Try these paired with your favorite breakfast foods instead.

Ingredients
- 1 tbs. coconut or avocado oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- 1 tbs. poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. sea salt
Directions
STEP 1
Heat a medium-sized skillet over low heat and add the coconut or avocado oil. Add the chopped onion and sauté until browned. Set aside to cool.
STEP 2
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. While it's heating, combine the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl, adding in the onion once it's cooled.
STEP 3
Form into six patties and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
