Maple-Cinnamon Pumpkin Seeds

  • 2 cups pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tbs. coconut oil
  • 1 tbs. pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Boil the pumpkin seeds with one teaspoon sea salt for 10 minutes, cleaning off any pumpkin residue.
STEP 2
Drain and pat the seeds dry. Toss them in the coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and remaining sea salt.
STEP 3
Bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for about 20 minutes.
