Cinnamon Spice Baked Pears

These pears smell just as good cooking as they taste to eat.

  • Makes 6 servings
  • Prep Time 10 minutes
  • Cook Time 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3 pears (apples can also be used if desired)
  • 4 tbs. gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 tsp. pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbs. almond flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tbs. water

Directions

STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Slice the pears in half and scoop out the centers.
STEP 2
Mix the remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Spoon the mixture into the center of the pears.
STEP 3
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the pears are tender.
