  • Makes 4 servings
  • Prep Time 10 minutes
  • Cook Time 2 hours

Ingredients

  • 2 large apples (Honeycrisp or Fuji recommended)
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 225 degrees F. Thinly slice apples with a mandolin (or by hand if you don’t have one, just make sure slices are the same width as much as possible).
STEP 2
Line one to two baking sheets with parchment paper. Lay apple slices down in an even layer. Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over the top of the apples.
STEP 3
Bake for one hour, then flip the slices and bake for another hour, until preferred crispiness is achieved. The longer they bake, the crispier they will be.
STEP 4
Remove from oven, let cool, and enjoy or store in an airtight container for two to three days.
