The last months of the year tend to come with a full calendar of to-dos, plans, and parties that often throw our healthy-living routines off course. But with a bit of thought, intention, and some go-to resources, that detour doesn’t have to last until January.

One tool to keep at the ready is the Life Time app. With just one click on your phone, you have access to expert guidance and resources that can help you navigate the season and easily fit health and wellness into your busier days.

Here are nine ways you might want to use the Life Time app during this holiday season:

1. Just ask L•AI•C. L•AI•C (pronounced “lay-see”) is Life Time’s AI companion. You can ask L•AI•C for answers to questions related to your workouts, your health, your Life Time membership, Life Time offerings, and more. This time of year, you may want to prompt L•AI•C with, “Build me a 20-minute full-body workout,” or “Give me a recipe for a shareable appetizer.” Or maybe you’ll ask, “How can I eat healthier at a holiday party?” or “What’s a quick breathing exercise I can do for stress relief?”

2. Do an on-demand workout. When you’re traveling or need a workout you can complete at home, consider the library of options in the on-demand classes section of the app. Each week, you’ll find some of Life Time’s top instructors leading new classes designed to help you build strength, elevate your cardio, recover well, and more.

3. Live stream a fitness class. Prefer the energy of a live class experience while you’re at home or on-the-go? Join the instructor and in-club members from afar via a live-stream class. A variety of class formats are available throughout the day. You can feel a sense of community wherever you are.

4. Meditate. It’s no secret that the holidays often elicit a myriad of emotions, but you can tackle whatever arises with guided meditations in the categories of calm, energize, sleep, move mindfully, and more. Even five minutes of meditation can go a long way toward helping you navigate stressful family dynamics or manage the anxiety of a to-do list that’s way too long.

5. Tune into the Life Time Talks podcast. Have some extra time while you’re traveling, running errands, cooking a spread of food, or wrapping gifts? Listen or watch episodes of the award-winning Life Time Talks podcast to learn about a wide range of health and wellness topics from expert guests.

6. Get seasonal healthy-living insights from experts. Experience Life features daily tips, advice, and perspectives from experts across Life Time, as well as healthy-living content from the award-winning magazine. Use this as your resource for seasonal recipes, expert insights on self-care, strategies for handling family tensions, and more.

7. Enroll in the Holiday Hustle program to stay on track. Join the 20-day, complimentary Holiday Hustle program that’s designed to keep you moving, motivated, and feeling your best this season. You’ll focus on a few simple daily habits and receive strength-training workouts and daily movement ideas to help you finish the year strong — in a realistic way. The program kicks off December 1, 2025, and you can enroll in the Life Time app.

8. Check off all the gift shopping on your list. Browse the LT Shop in the app to find a curated collection of health-and-wellness items that offer something for everyone on your shopping list. With options for apparel, wearable technology, beauty items, and more, plus access to the full line of high-quality LTH supplements, all you have to do is click “add to cart.”

9. Bring a guest to the club. With friends and family gathering this time of year, why not work out together? Use the Life Time app to send someone a guest pass and invite them to a nearby Life Time athletic country club to take a class or show them your favorite amenities. (Once you send them the guest pass, they’ll then be prompted to download the app to access their pass.)
