2 Strength Training Workouts Per Week

The Holiday Hustle features two programmed, full-body strength-training workouts per week accessible through the Life Time app. Each week you’ll choose two workouts from a select library and schedule them on the days that work best for you.

Research shows that completing at least two strength-training sessions per week helps improve or maintain muscle strength and endurance. Beyond its physical benefits, resistance training has also been linked to improved energy, hormone balance, and cognitive health — all of which can be especially valuable during the demands of the holiday season.

Flexible Options to Meet Your Daily Movement Goal

On non-strength training days, the program provides a variety of options to help you stay active. Choices include bodyweight workouts, on-demand classes, mobility sessions, or walking. Whether you’re training in the club or at home, you can fit movement into your schedule wherever you are.

This program is designed with flexibility in mind. You’re encouraged to aim for consistency, striving to follow the program 80 percent of the time while allowing yourself grace for the remaining 20 percent. The focus is on making progress — not striving for perfection — ensuring the program works with your lifestyle rather than adding stress.

3 Daily Habits to Keep You on Track

Each day, you’ll focus on completing three foundational habits proven to support strength, recovery, and energy:

  1. Move your body with flexible, daily workouts.
  2. Prioritize protein, aiming for about 30 grams per meal.
  3. Stay hydrated by drinking at least half your body weight in ounces of water.

These simple actions done consistently can make a meaningful difference in how you feel throughout the holiday season by improving focus, energy, and mood, even when routines get disrupted.

Complimentary Intro to Dynamic Personal Training Session

Upon enrollment, you’ll receive a complimentary 50-minute Intro to Dynamic Personal Training session (booked within the Life Time app). This is your opportunity to meet with a fitness professional and set yourself up for success in the program. During this session, your trainer will:
