Cold-Press Coffee Ice Pops

Attention coffee lovers! Try these dairy-free frozen treats made from just cold-press coffee and oat milk.

  • Makes 12 servings
  • Prep Time 5 minutes
  • Cook Time 6 hours freeze time

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat milk (or oat milk creamer for a creamier version)
  • 1 cup cold-press coffee

Directions

STEP 1
Set up molds for 12 pops.
STEP 2
Pour the ingredients into a large bowl and whisk until combined.
STEP 3
Pour ¼-cup portions into the pop molds. Freeze for 45 minutes, then insert sticks and freeze until solid, about another five hours.
