A new Life Time location is coming to downtown Brooklyn: Life Time Brooklyn Tower will be arriving in late 2026, offering the latest and greatest health-and-wellness amenities in a luxurious, elevated environment.
This club sits in the center of downtown Brooklyn, between Life Time Dumbo and Life Time Atlantic Avenue, making Life Time even more accessible to area residents.
“Life Time Brooklyn Tower, like all of our other clubs, is designed to be community-forward,” says lead general Jose Teran. “You’re going to want to come to this club to pursue your health-and-wellness goals — but you’ll want to stay because of its welcoming atmosphere and the like-minded community.”
Let’s explore the 56,828-square-foot club:

Members can access the first floor of Life Time Brooklyn Tower on the ground level. Upon entering the club, you’ll be greeted by the concierge team at the front desk.
Nearby is a quick-service LifeCafe, with grab-and-go items like protein shakes, coffee, and healthy snacks. “New Yorkers are always on the go, so we’ll have satisfying, chef-curated options ready to go for you,” says Teran.
Below the ground level is where you can join a Life Time signature group training class, including GTX, Ultra Fit, and Alpha. GTX is a 50/50 blend of cardio and strength work; Ultra Fit combines sprint-interval training with balance and strength routines; and Alpha is centered around Olympic weightlifting and metabolic conditioning.
Up on the second floor are the hubs for Dynamic Personal Training and Dynamic Stretch. Dynamic Personal Trainers are available to guide and support members toward their fitness goals; Dynamic Stretch specialists can provide assisted-stretch sessions to aid members’ recovery efforts (both at an additional cost).
“We all could use a little guidance, especially in the areas of fitness and recovery,” says Teran. “Our Dynamic Personal Trainers and Dynamic Stretch specialists are the best at what they do, and they’ll meet you where you’re at to reach your health goals.”
Looking for another way to boost your recovery? Head to the LT Recovery zone. This space on the second floor is equipped with all the tools you’ll need to soothe sore muscles and accelerate recovery, including HydroMassage and CryoLounge chairs, Normatec compression therapy devices, and Hyperice percussive therapy. The second floor is also where you’ll find the cardio machines. Go up to the third floor and you can get reps in on free weights and resistance machines. With the latest state-of-the-art equipment on these two levels, you can build a fitness routine.
The fourth floor is where you’ll access the luxurious men’s and women’s locker rooms. They’re stocked with fresh towels; Kiehl’s shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (exclusive to Life Time’s New York City locations); razors; and more, so you can freshen up and feel ready for what’s next on your schedule.
This floor is also where you can rejuvenate in the coed hydrotherapy wet suite, featuring a sauna, steam room, cold plunge, whirlpool, and two-lane lap pool. Adjacent to the wet suite is a wellness area equipped with red-light therapy treatment beds and red-light saunas to support fitness performance and recovery. “We take recovery seriously at Life Time,” says Teran. “At this new club, we’re pulling out all the stops to make it a place where you can pamper yourself.”

The fourth floor is also home to studio classes like barre, yoga, Pilates, CTR (Core Tone Reform), and other unique-to-Life-Time group fitness offerings. CTR is one of Life Time’s newest and most popular studio offerings: a music driven, tempo-based, low-impact reformer workout. “Expect to be challenged and engaged in classes led by our performers,” Teran says.
Struggling with limited mobility or physical discomfort? You can also visit LifeClinic on the fourth floor, where licensed chiropractors can help members address any soreness or pain, so they can move and function at their best (available by appointment at an additional cost. “Life Time is a community, and we offer an ecosystem where you can do everything you need to reach your healthy-living goals all in one place,” says Teran. “Start your day with a workout, then get a bite to eat at the LifeCafe before you begin your workday in our Life Time Work Club Lounge. Once your to-dos are done, de-stress with a yoga class and then wrap up your time in the coed hydrotherapy suite for muscle recovery. There are so many possibilities.”
