New York City is known for its rich tapestry of cultures. Each geographic district has a distinct identity, yet they are uniquely tied together by a quick-moving and energetic rhythm that seems to ebb and flow through every neighborhood. To serve the many ways New Yorkers live, work, and move, each Life Time location pays tribute to the unique district in which it operates.
“Each Life Time club in New York City is so different because there’s a responsibility to represent the neighborhood and the community it’s in and meet the expectations of those unique members,” says Dominick Delli Paoli, area director of Life Time in New York City.
Life Time Sky is one example: “This club’s rooftop, outdoor pool, and social spaces naturally make it a space where fitness, hospitality, and community come together, especially during the summer,” he says. “Compare that to a club like Life Time 23rd Street or Life Time NoHo, where there is a stronger daily training and studio classes rhythm, and members are often building their routines around being there consistently throughout the week. Then you have clubs like Life Time One Wall Street, where the environment and experience need to feel appropriate for Lower Manhattan and the member who may be moving between work, wellness, and everything else happening downtown.”
In each of these unique clubs, the Life Time brand identity remains a common anchor. “Whether you’re at the newest Life Time Brooklyn Tower club or at our most mature club, Life Time Sky in Manhattan, you’ll experience the best that Life Time has to offer its members: exceptional spaces, dynamic programs, and expert talent overseeing our amenities and classes,” he says.
Life Time’s growth in New York City has been rapid. The first club in the city — Life Time Sky — opened in 2016 and now, a decade later, with the unveiling of Life Time Bryant Park in midtown Manhattan and Life Time Brooklyn Tower in downtown Brooklyn in late 2026, the company will operate 12 clubs in the New York City market.
“We’re fulfilling our mission of helping people live healthier, happier lives,” says Delli Paoli. “With this 2026 expansion, we’re better able to meet New Yorkers where they’re at — and we’re just getting started.”
Life Time Bryant Park

Coming to one of New York City’s most bustling avenues in late 2026, Life Time Bryant Park is designed to serve as the hub of this lively business district, Delli Paoli notes.
“For Life Time Bryant Park, we’ve thought a lot about who is around us and how that part of Manhattan operates,” he explains. “It sits in one of the most active business corridors in the city, surrounded by offices, hotels, commuters, and Bryant Park itself. The member there is going to expect an incredibly efficient experience, but also one that feels elevated enough to become an extension of their workday and lifestyle. We want it to feel sophisticated, energetic, and distinctly NYC, rather than simply putting another health club in a business district.”
Accessible from the ground floor, Life Time Bryant Park features 52,000 square feet of premium amenities, experiences, and wellness offerings across four levels. This new club is also just a one-minute walk from Life Time Fifth Avenue; together, they offer a unique two-club experience with each location’s distinct amenities, programming, and personality.
“Members in this area need a place where they can slow down and be present to achieve their health-and-wellness goals,” says Corey Brueckner, lead general for Life Time Bryant Park and Life Time Fifth Avenue. “My vision for this new club can be broken down into three pillars: Work out hard, recover well, and find an incredible community to do both of those things with.”
Life Time Brooklyn Tower

Also arriving in late 2026, Life Time Brooklyn Tower has been highly anticipated.
“Coming to the tallest tower in Brooklyn, this opening has been long-awaited by both Life Time and the community of downtown Brooklyn,” Delli Paoli says. “Our other Brooklyn clubs — Life Time Dumbo and Life Time Atlantic Avenue — are some of our most successful locations. Life Time Brooklyn Tower will fill the geographic gap between those clubs, meeting demand and improving accessibility.”
The goal is always to better serve the members and the area, he adds. “Those commuting to work in downtown Brooklyn can start or end their day at Life Time Brooklyn Tower, and the members who live in the surrounding areas can enjoy this new club at their leisure.”
Community will be the anchor for this new club, says lead general Jose Teran. “You’re going to want to come here to pursue your health-and-wellness goals, but you’ll want to stay because of its welcoming atmosphere and the like-minded community.”

Building the Future of Wellness in New York City
Life Time knows the value of a “third place” and how important it can be in a quick-moving environment like New York City to have a dedicated place to pursue your healthy-living goals.
“Ultimately, New Yorkers want a frictionless experience, from checking in to booking a class to being able to take a shower before heading out the door again,” says Delli Paoli. “That idea of a ‘third place’ is what drives every design decision at Life Time. We want to create a space outside of home and work where members feel they can stay all day long.”
He adds: “New Yorkers want some reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the city, their jobs, the traffic, the subway — Life Time provides that. When members come into our New York clubs, they come into a space where every sense of the experience is curated and held to the highest standards.”
And the numbers don’t lie: “In the past year, we’ve seen some of our New York clubs have up to 40 percent more check-ins, proving that people are looking for and utilizing a wellness-centered space,” he says. “Because of this, it’s important for us to continually invest in our clubs, evolving our fitness spaces and introducing new equipment and amenities that reflect how our members want to train and recover.”
Life Time is also making sure its most popular offerings are available across the New York City market. “For example, CTR — our new low-impact reformer workout — has quickly risen to be one of our most popular studio offerings,” he says. “It’s now available at every New York Life Time club, except for Life Time Battery Park and Life Time Fifth Avenue.”
Maintaining a luxurious environment that prioritizes the ease of its members also means having the best talent in every sector of the club. “At Life Time, we truly have the most talented team members that are delivering the best on-brand experiences, whether they’re greeting you at the front desk, serving you a protein shake, maintaining the locker rooms, providing fitness or nutritional guidance, or leading a class,” he adds.
The future for Life Time in New York remains bright. “My objectives are to bring more Life Time locations to more neighborhoods,” he says. “We have so many New Yorkers we need to serve, and our real estate team is working feverishly to find the best opportunities to grow the Life Time network.”
