Manhattan, there’s a new Life Time club coming to you: Life Time Bryant Park will be arriving in December 2026, bringing four levels of premium amenities, experiences, and wellness offerings — available every day of the week — to the bustling Midtown area.
“Life Time Bryant Park is going to be a flagship location for the company, featuring the best of the best across performers, amenities, and programming,” says Corey Brueckner, lead general for Life Time Bryant Park and Life Time Fifth Avenue. “Combining an elevated and luxurious environment with Life Time’s signature welcoming hospitality, it’s going to be a space for all to pursue their health and wellness goals.
Just a one-minute walk from one another, Life Time Bryant Park and Life Time Fifth Avenue create a unique two-club experience in the heart of Midtown. “Each club has its own distinct amenities, programming, and personality, designed to complement the other,” says Brueckner. “Together, they give our members even more ways to experience Life Time throughout their day.”
Let’s explore the 52,000-square-foot Life Time Bryant Park club.

Upon entering the club on the ground level, members will be greeted by the concierge team at the front desk.
Nearby is a quick-service LifeCafe, offering protein shakes, coffee, healthy snacks, and other grab-and-go items. If you need a place to relax and sip or do some work, take a seat at the adjacent Life Time Work Club Lounge, an open-plan, community-style coworking space. The first floor is where you’ll find Dynamic Personal Trainers, who offer guidance and support (at an additional cost) for members pursuing specific fitness goals.
This area also features the latest and most popular cardio and resistance machines.

After your workout, head downstairs to the luxurious locker rooms, stocked with fresh towels; Kiehl’s shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (exclusive to Life Time’s New York City locations); razors; and more, so you can freshen up and move on to what’s next on your schedule.

On this floor, you’ll also find the coed hydrotherapy wet suite, featuring a sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and whirlpool. “The coed wet suite is a unique amenity in New York City,” says Brueckner. “We know recovery is a priority for our members, so we’re making this a focus at Life Time Bryant Park.”

Adjacent to the wet suite is a wellness area equipped with red-light therapy treatment beds to support fitness performance and recovery. “This doesn’t exist at our other clubs in Manhattan,” she notes. “We plan to offer wellness packages (at an additional cost) to make it easy for members to take advantage of these therapy tools.” (Learn more: “Can Red-Light Therapy Help Fitness Performance and Recovery?”)

The CTR (Core Tone Reform) studio is also housed on this floor. One of Life Time’s newest and most popular studio offerings, CTR is a music driven, tempo-based, low-impact workout performed on a reformer.

Heading down one more floor, members can get their reps in on a whole area dedicated to free weights.
Up on the second floor is where you’ll find studio classes like barre, yoga, Pilates, and other exclusive Life Time group fitness offerings, along with GTX and Ulta Fit sessions (part of Life Time’s signature group training portfolio). GTX is a 50/50 blend of cardio and strength work; Ultra Fit combines sprint-interval training with balance and strength efforts. Life Time’s classes are all taught by top performers.

“Life Time Bryant Park will set a new standard for boutique fitness in New York City,” says Brueckner. “It will be the home of CTR, our newest athletic reformer workout; GTX, one of our most well-loved group training experiences, pairing strength and cardio; yoga; mat Pilates; and studio classes ranging from strength to HIIT to dance and everything in between.”
Members can experience two of Life Time’s other signature group training classes — Alpha and HYBRID XT — at nearby Life Time Fifth Avenue. Alpha is centered around Olympic weightlifting and metabolic conditioning; HYBRID XT is a hybrid training format that combines conditioning and strength to prepare athletes for competition and real-world performance.
This second floor at Life Time Bryant Park is also where you can soothe your sore muscles at the LT Recovery zone. This space is equipped with tools such as HydroMassage and CryoLounge chairs, Normatec compression therapy devices, and Hyperice percussive therapy — all designed to accelerate recovery. The second floor also features stretching tables where Dynamic Stretch specialists provide assisted-stretch sessions to aid members’ recovery efforts (at an additional cost).
Life Time Bryant Park is a club built for its environment, Brueckner explains. “New Yorkers move fast because the pace of life here is quick,” she says. “Members in this area need a place where they can slow down and be present to achieve their health and wellness goals. My vision for this new club can be broken down into three pillars: Work out hard, recover well, and find an incredible community to do both of those things with.”
