Spicy nuts

  • 2 cups nuts and seeds of choice, such as almonds, cashews, and pecans
  • Pinch cayenne, or more to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Combine the nuts and seeds in a medium-sized bowl. Add the cayenne and salt, tossing to combine.
STEP 2
Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Transfer the coated nuts to the baking sheet and spread out evenly in one layer.
STEP 3
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring once, until the nuts are fragment and lightly toasted.
