Prepare
Spend 3 to 7 days reviewing the D.TOX Program Guide, plan meals, grocery shop, and shift your habits — reducing caffeine and sugar, getting hydrated, etc.
Detox
Follow the approved foods list, prioritizing protein and fiber while eliminating alcohol, added sugar, and non-approved foods. If you’re using the D.TOX shakes, consume one daily on days 1 to 10, then consume two on days 11 to 14.
Restore
Use the outlined guidance to learn exactly how and when to reintroduce foods and ease into maintenance.
