A new athletic country club will soon be making its debut in Las Vegas: Life Time Durango will broaden the Life Time network in late 2026, joining the nearby Life Time Green Valley and Life Time Summerlin clubs.
Life Time Durango will also be Life Time’s 200th athletic country club destination, making it a landmark property for the company whose mission is to help members from 90 days to 90 years old live healthier, happier lives.
“Life Time stands out in the Las Vegas market as the most premier offering when it comes to health and wellness experiences,” says Martin Martinez, lead general for Life Time Durango. “We’re bringing a third club to the market to meet the demand for elevated amenities, programming, and spaces. It’s been 12 years since our last grand opening in Las Vegas [with Life Time Green Valley]. Las Vegas is growing, and we need to grow along with it. It’s very special that our city gets to welcome the 200th club.”
Life Time is known for its physical club locations across the United States and Canada, offering resort-like amenities, high-end health-and-fitness programming, and community-focused experiences.

Amenities across the 128,000-square-foot club will include:
- An expansive workout floor with free weights, state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment, and a dedicated recovery space.
- Dynamic Personal Training, Life Time’s unique training philosophy to help guide and support members on their fitness journeys.
- Dynamic Stretch specialists who can provide assisted-stretch sessions to aid in members’ recovery efforts.
- A resort-style outdoor Beach Club with lap and leisure pools, waterslides, lounge seating, and bistro dining.
- Access to MIORA, precision medicine clinics located inside select Life Time clubs. It integrates extensive diagnostics, biomarker testing, and symptom analysis with the guidance of a credentialed medical team to help people live healthier, for as long as possible.
- Six indoor pickleball courts, plus beginner instruction, open play, leagues, and tournaments.
- Recovery amenities that include HydroMassage lounge chairs, CryoLounge chairs, Normatec compression therapy, and Hyperice vibration devices.
- Luxury locker rooms with hydrotherapy suites featuring saunas, steam rooms, whirlpools, and cold plunges.
- GTX, Alpha, and Ultra Fit signature group training programs. GTX is a 50/50 blend of cardio and strength work; Alpha is centered around Olympic weightlifting and metabolic conditioning; and Ultra Fit blends strength and stability work with sprint interval training.
