Colorado’s ninth Life Time athletic country club location is opening just south of the Mile High City in fall 2026: Life Time Castle Pines. It will be the eighth destination in the Denver market, making the company’s signature luxury experience and offerings even more accessible to Denver residents.
“Our Life Time athletic country clubs are truly healthy-way-of-life destinations,” says Jeff May, lead general for Life Time Castle Pines. “Members are going to be able to come here and find their community — people who love what they love and value what they value. Whether it’s doing yoga, strength training, getting their kids together, playing pickleball, or enjoying time at the pool, it’s all about being able to have that healthy-way-of-life experience in an elevated, curated environment, alongside others also striving for their best health.”
Life Time Castle Pines will neighbor Life Time Centennial and Life Time Parker-Aurora — both about a 15-minute drive away. A membership at Life Time Castle Pines also grants you access to these clubs.
Let’s explore the 102,600-square-foot space:

Upon entering the club, members will be greeted by the concierge team at the front desk. From there, they’ll see the LifeCafe, where they can enjoy a meal or grab something to go. “This LifeCafe will feature a build-your-on-bowl offering, which I think members will really love,” says May.
The LifeCafe connects to a bar and lounge space, where community-centered events will take priority, according to May. “There will be full liquor service on the entire first level of the club,” he says. “The lounge space will also lead out to the Beach Club’s bistro — it will all be one moving service between the LifeCafe, bar and lounge, and bistro.”
Members can also visit the LifeSpa, a full-service salon and spa that offers body, skin, hair, and nail treatments designed to help them feel their best.
Nearby is the LT Shop, where members can purchase fitness equipment like the LT Pro 48 pickleball, shop Life Time merchandise, stock up on LTH nutritional products, and more.

Continuing through the first floor, members will find luxurious locker rooms for men, women, and families. Both the men’s and women’s locker rooms feature a full hydrotherapy suite experience with a sauna, steam room, whirlpool, and cold plunge. Members can feel pampered in these spaces dedicated to recovery and relaxation.
Got some work to wrap up? Take a seat at the Life Time Work Club Lounge, an open-plan, community-style coworking area that’s complimentary for members. (Learn more: “What Is the Life Time Work Club Lounge?”)

The first floor is also home to the Kids Academy, where kids ages 3 months to 11 years can learn, play, and grow with engaging and enriching age-specific programming and classes. Parents can leave their kids at the Kids Academy while they use other areas of the club. (Parents can use up to 2.5 hours of child care per day, included with a Junior Membership.)
The Kids Academy features two kids’ gyms, an activity studio, a language arts studio, a movement studio, an infant area, and a toddler room. “Healthy-living behaviors are learned early on,” notes May. “In our Kids Academy, we’re going to fill your kids’ time with educational, stimulating activities centered around health and wellness. It’ll make it easier for them to continue healthy habits as they grow older.”
Another perk of a Junior Membership is attending unlimited monthly kids and tweens events. Parents can enjoy an evening to themselves — at the club or elsewhere — during regular Parents Night Out and Tween Takeover events, which are always based around fun themes.
Families can also enroll their kids in School-Break Camps for those days when school is out, and they need some entertainment.

You can also find two six-lane indoor pools on the first floor: One pool is reserved for programming, including swim teams and swim lessons; the other pool has dedicated swim lanes for members to use without interruption.
Moving upstairs, the second floor is dedicated to pursuing fitness goals. Discover the expansive workout floor, which has free weights, state-of-the-art cardio and resistance-training machines, and designated stretching areas. It’s easy to build and stay consistent with a fitness routine when everything members need is available in one convenient space.
“It’s the land of plenty,” remarks May. “This workout floor will have everything you’ll ever need, and it’ll be clean, up to date, and accessible.”
Dynamic Personal Trainers are available to guide and support members toward their fitness goals, while Dynamic Stretch specialists can provide assisted-stretch sessions to aid in members’ recovery efforts (both at an additional cost).
The workout floor is also where members can partake in GTX, Ultra Fit, and Alpha signature group training classes. GTX is a 50/50 blend of cardio and strength work; Ultra Fit combines sprint-interval training with balance and strength efforts; and Alpha is centered around Olympic weightlifting and metabolic conditioning.

There are six studio rooms, with one each dedicated to Pilates, Barre, yoga, CTR (Core Tone Reform), and two other unique-to-Life-Time group fitness classes, all of which are taught by top performers. CTR is Life Time’s newest class format that offers a high-energy, low-impact athletic reformer workout.
“From the moment we open, Life Time Castle Pines will offer at least 100 classes on the schedule per week,” adds May. “As a signature member, you will have unlimited access to every class that we have, and can reserve your spot in class in the Life Time app. It’s going to be a seamless experience.”
After your workout, wind down in the LT Recovery zone, where you can find HydroMassage and CryoLounge chairs, Normatec compression therapy devices, and Hyperice percussive therapy tools. (Learn more: “How to Use 3 Popular Recovery Tools at Life Time.”)
Additionally, Life Time Castle Pines features a LifeClinic with two clinic rooms, where licensed chiropractors are available by appointment (at an additional cost) to help address and alleviate pain or discomfort so you can move and function at your best. (Learn more: “Why LifeClinic?”)

Love to pickle? Pickleball enthusiasts can play on the four indoor pickleball courts or outside on the five outdoor pickleball courts. “We’ll be running pickleball tournaments, leagues, clinics, and more,” says May. “Life Time Castle Pines will have one of the best pickleball facilities and offerings in the area.”
But the fun doesn’t stop there: Members can also access a resort-style pool deck complete with an outdoor leisure pool, a five-lane lap pool, waterslides, and an outdoor bistro with food and alcohol service. The pool deck will host an array of events for social fun.
“This is an incredible time to be a member at Life Time in Colorado,” says May. “If you’re looking for the best-in-class healthy-living facilities in the area, this is the place for you.”
