White Bean, Tuna, and Sweet Onion Salad

Serves four

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked white beans (if using canned, rinse well)
  • 1/2 cup white albacore tuna, packed in water and drained
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinaigrette

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the beans, tuna, onion, tomatoes and vinaigrette.
