This picnic-worthy dish, made with hot-smoked salmon, fresh dill, and capers, pairs perfectly with hearty crackers or served on a bed of fresh greens.

  • Prep Time10 minutes
  • Cook Time0 minutes
  • 12 oz. hot-smoked salmon
  • ¼ cup diced fennel
  • 2 tbs. minced red onion
  • 2 tbs. minced fresh dill
  • 2 tbs. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. capers
  • ¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
STEP 1
In a mixing bowl, use a fork to break the salmon into small pieces.
STEP 2
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
STEP 3
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, then enjoy within two days.
