Pineapple and Blueberry Bliss Smoothie Bowl

Pineapple gives this recipe a boost of vitamin C and bromelain, an enzyme that can ease indigestion and inflammation.
A blueberry smoothie bowl
  • Yield 1 serving
  • Prep Time 5 minutes
  • Cook Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup plain, full-fat Greek yogurt

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbs. sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbs. hemp seeds

Directions

STEP 1
Add smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add a splash or two of coconut milk as necessary to achieve desired texture.
STEP 2
Pour smoothie into a large bowl and top with blueberries, sunflower seeds, and hemp seeds.
