
Honey-Dijon Dressing

Make this zingy vinaigrette with just four simple ingredients.
- ½ tbs. honey
- 1 tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ tbs. white-wine vinegar
- 1 tbs. Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
STEP 1
In a small jar, mix the ½ tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of olive oil with the Dijon mustard and white-wine vinegar.
STEP 2
Shake or whisk to combine, then add salt and pepper to taste.
