Life Time is bringing a new club to Parsippany, N.J.: Life Time Parsippany will open in early 2027, bringing premier health-and-wellness amenities and programming to this suburban community 30 miles west of Manhattan.
“Life Time first made its mark in New Jersey with the opening of Life Time Florham Park in 2008, and it’s since grown its footprint in the state with eight current athletic country club destinations,” says Marc Polombo, lead general for Life Time Parsippany. “A new club makes sense here: Parsippany is an up-and-coming area. There are lots of families we will be able to serve with our kid- and family-focused amenities and programming.”
Life Time is known for its 190-plus physical club locations across the United States and Canada offering resort-like amenities, high-end health-and-fitness programming, and community-focused experiences. Its mission is to help members from 90 days to 90 years old live healthier, happier lives.

Member amenities across the 102,600-square-foot club will include:
- A Kids Academy for children ages 3 months to 11 years, featuring two kids’ gyms, activity studio, a language-arts studio, movement studio, infant room, and toddler room.
- Junior Membership benefits that include up to two hours of daily childcare, unlimited monthly kids and tweens events, and access to Summer Camp and School-Break Camps.
- A resort-style outdoor Beach Club with a leisure pool, lap pool, waterslides, and bistro.
- Four indoor pickleball courts, plus offerings for beginner instruction, open play, leagues, and tournaments.
- An expansive workout floor with free weights, state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment, as well as a dedicated recovery space.
- Recovery amenities including HydroMassage lounge chairs, CryoLounge chairs, Normatec compression therapy, and Hyperice vibration devices.
