A new health and wellness experience is arriving soon to the Dayton, Ohio, area with the arrival of Life Time Dayton in fall 2026. The first of its kind in the area, the club will introduce Life Time’s healthy-living spaces and amenities to people in this suburb southeast of Dayton.
“It’s a beautiful facility and piece of property in an up-and-coming area,” says Andrew Blosser, lead general for Life Time Dayton. “Although this is the eighth Life Time club in Ohio, the closest club — Life Time Deerfield Township — is about 50 minutes away. This new club is going to be a true healthy-living destination for Dayton and the surrounding areas.”
Life Time is known for its 190-plus physical club locations across the United States and Canada offering resort-like amenities, high-end health-and-fitness programming, and community-focused experiences. Its mission is to help members from 90 days to 90 years old live healthier, happier lives.
“This is a true athletic country club focused on a healthy way of life,” says Blosser. “We’ll have pickleball, Pilates, hydrotherapy amenities, swim lessons, a LifeCafe, a resort-style pool deck with an outdoor bistro, a Kids Academy for children, and much more. Life Time has so many types of programming for everyone in the family. This is a place where you can stay for several hours.”
Amenities across the 114,000-square-foot club will include:

- A resort-style outdoor Beach Club with lap and leisure pools, waterslides, lounge seating, and bistro dining.
- Ten outdoor pickleball courts and 12 indoor pickleball courts, plus beginner instruction, open play, leagues, and tournaments.
- Recovery amenities that include HydroMassage lounge chairs, CryoLounge chairs, Normatec compression therapy, and Hyperice vibration devices.
- Luxury locker rooms with hydrotherapy suites featuring saunas, steam rooms, whirlpools, and cold plunges.
