A new athletic country club is coming to Castle Pines, Colo.: Arriving fall 2026, Life Time Castle Pines will broaden the Life Time network in the Denver metro area.
The ninth Life Time location in Colorado and the eighth in the Denver region, Life Time Castle Pines’ closest neighbors are Life Time Centennial and Life Time Parker-Aurora — both only about a 15-minute drive away. A membership at Life Time Castle Pines also grants you access to these two clubs.
“Life Time already stands alone against any other fitness and wellness offering in the Denver area, but Life Time Castle Pines is really going to wow people,” says Jeff May, lead general for this new location and former lead general of Life Time Parker-Aurora. “From the way it’s built to how all the spaces and amenities come together, you’re going to walk into this new club, and it’ll stop you in your tracks.”

Amenities across the 102,600-square-foot club will include:
- Dynamic Personal Training, Life Time’s unique training philosophy to help guide and support members toward their fitness goals.
- Dynamic Stretch specialists who can provide assisted-stretch sessions to aid in members’ recovery efforts.
- A resort-style outdoor Beach Club with lap and leisure pools, waterslides, lounge seating, and bistro dining.
- Five outdoor pickleball courts and four indoor pickleball courts, plus beginner instruction, open play, leagues, and tournaments.
- An expansive workout floor with free weights, state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment, and a dedicated recovery space.
- Recovery amenities that include HydroMassage lounge chairs, CryoLounge chairs, Normatec compression therapy, and Hyperice vibration devices.
- Luxury dressing rooms with hydrotherapy suites featuring saunas, steam rooms, whirlpools, and cold plunges.
- Signature group training programs — GTX, Alpha, and Ultra Fit — included with your membership. GTX is a 50/50 blend of cardio and strength work; Alpha is centered around Olympic weightlifting and metabolic conditioning; and Ultra Fit blends strength and stability work with sprint interval training.
