It’s an exciting year for Indianapolis: Following the recent massive renovation of Life Time Fishers, another Life Time athletic country club is set to open in the fall of 2026. Life Time Westfield promises to bring the latest and greatest that the healthy-living company has to offer to residents of this northern Indianapolis suburb.
“The north side of Indianapolis is an incredible area, and the community is so passionate about being active and healthy,” says Sam Lee, lead general for Life Time Westfield. “The opening of this new club is an opportunity for Life Time to do something extraordinary for the community by helping so many people on their healthy-living journeys.”
Life Time Westfield joins the aforementioned Life Time Fishers, as well as Life Time Castle Creek, with all clubs in proximity to one another. A membership at Life Time Westfield also grants you access to these two clubs.
Let’s explore the 102,600-square-foot Life Time Westfield space:

After being greeted by the concierge team at the front desk, members will see a lounge area that leads to the LifeCafe, where they can enjoy a meal, fuel up with a pre- or post-workout shake, or grab a healthy bite to-go.
Here on the first floor, they can also visit the LifeSpa, a full-service salon and spa offering body, skin, hair, and nail treatments designed to help them feel their best.
Continuing through the first floor, members will find luxurious locker rooms for men, women, and families. Both the men’s and women’s locker rooms feature a full hydrotherapy suite experience with a sauna, steam room, whirlpool, and cold plunge. There is also a family locker room leading directly out to the pool deck.
“These spaces are designed to help our members feel pampered as they recover and relax,” says Lee. “Stocked with fresh towels, razors, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and more, they’ll leave feeling refreshed and ready to take on the rest of their day.”

The first floor is also home to the Kids Academy, where kids can learn, play, and grow with engaging and enriching age-specific programming and classes. Parents can leave their kids — ages 3 months to 11 years — at the Kids Academy while they use other areas of the club. (Parents can use up to 2.5 hours of child care per day, included with a Junior Membership.)
The Kids Academy features two kids gyms, an activity studio, a language arts studio, a movement studio, an infant area, a toddler room, and an outdoor play area. “Being a parent myself who wants to get their workout in, it’s extremely valuable to have a place where you know your kids are going to be taken care of and also have a good time,” says Lee. “You can trust that your kids are going to be begging you to bring them back to the Kids Academy.”
Another perk of a Junior Membership is attending unlimited monthly kids and tweens events. Parents can enjoy an evening to themselves — at the club or elsewhere — during regular Parents Night Out and Tween Takeover events, which are always based around fun themes.
Families can also enroll their kids in School-Break Camps for those days when school is out, and they need some entertainment.

Up on the second floor, members can pursue their fitness goals on the expansive workout floor. It features free weights, state-of-the-art cardio and resistance-training machines, and a designated stretching area. It’s easy to build and stay consistent with a fitness routine when everything you need is in one convenient space.
Dynamic Personal Trainers are available to guide and support members toward their fitness goals, while Dynamic Stretch specialists can provide assisted-stretch sessions to aid in members’ recovery efforts (both at an additional cost).
“We believe the quality of a member’s results begins with the quality of the coach standing beside them,” says Lee. “That’s why we’re uncompromising in how we cast our Dynamic Personal Trainers. Through hands-on coaching, personalized programming, and the full integration of exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching, we create engaging experiences that maximize every minute and deliver unmatched results.”
The workout floor is also where members can partake in GTX, Ultra Fit, and Alpha signature group training classes. GTX is a 50/50 blend of cardio and strength work; Ultra Fit combines sprint-interval training with balance and strength efforts; and Alpha is centered around Olympic weightlifting and metabolic conditioning.

There are six studio rooms, with one each dedicated to barre, Pilates, yoga, and CTR (Core Tone Reform), and two others for unique-to-Life-Time group fitness classes, all of which are taught by top performers. CTR is Life Time’s newest class format that offers a high-energy, low-impact athletic reformer workout.
“Whether you’re walking into your first class or your thousandth, our goal is for every member to feel welcomed, challenged, and supported,” says Lee. “Our instructors are there to meet you where you are, help you grow, and create an experience that keeps you coming back.”
After your workout, wind down in the LT Recovery zone, where you can find HydroMassage and CryoLounge chairs, Normatec compression therapy devices, and Hyperice percussive therapy tools. (Learn more: “How to Use 3 Popular Recovery Tools at Life Time.”)
Additionally, Life Time Westfield features a LifeClinic with two treatment rooms, where licensed chiropractors can help members address and alleviate pain or discomfort so they can move and function at their best (available by appointment at an additional cost). (Learn more: “Why LifeClinic?”)

Members can reserve pickleball court time on one of the club’s four indoor courts. Life Time Westfield will feature pickleball programming like Intro to Pickleball classes, leagues, Open Play, and more.
Outside, members can find the sanctuary of Life Time Westfield’s Beach Club, featuring an outdoor leisure pool, five-lane lap pool, waterslides, and an outdoor bistro. The pool deck will host an array of events for social fun.
“Every space in our club is designed with one goal in mind: helping our members feel healthier, happier, and more cared for,” says Lee. “Whether it’s the workout, the recovery experience, or simply getting ready for work after a morning visit, we want every detail to make taking care of yourself easier.”
