5 Pull Up Grip Variations

1. Regular overhand, or pull-up, grip
bar with hands in overhand position

2. Regular underhand, or chin-up, grip
bar with underhand position

3. Mixed over-underhand grip
bar with mixed grip - one hand in overhand position, opposite underhand

4. Wide overhand grip
bar with overhand wide grip

5. Towel grip (this is an advanced version)
bar with one hand holding a towel looped over the bar with the other in an overhand postion
