Dressing

  • ½ cup plain, full-fat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup chopped chives
  • ¼ cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbs. chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1 tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Salad

  • 3 cups cubed or shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 2 celery ribs, finely chopped
  • ½ cup red grapes, halved
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
STEP 1
Make the dressing: Combine all the dressing ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
STEP 2
Make the salad: Place the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
STEP 3
Pour in the dressing and mix until everything is coated. Taste and add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice as needed.
STEP 4
Refrigerate for about an hour, then enjoy within four days.
