Try these crunchy, gluten-free crackers topped with hummus or dipped into our Mock Tuna Salad.

Flax crackers
  • Makes12 servings

  • Cook Time30 minutes
  • 2 cups whole flaxseeds
  • 2 tbs. ground flaxseed
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • Olive oil spray
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and let sit for 15 minutes.
STEP 2
Grease a baking sheet with olive oil spray and pat the flax mixture onto the sheet in an even layer.
STEP 3
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until browned and crispy. Let cool and cut into squares. Store in the refrigerator for up to seven to 10 days.
