  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbs. almond butter
  • 1 serving vanilla Life Time Collagen Peptides
  • 1 serving mixed berry Life Greens
  • 8 oz. coconut water
  • 2/3 cup organic pasteurized liquid egg whites (Note: Choosing the pasteurized form of egg whites is critical to help prevent foodborne illness.)
