Life Time has begun creating high-end residences with all aspects of health in mind. There are currently two Living locations open, one in Coral Gables, Fla., and one in Henderson, Nev., with additional locations coming soon. Life Time Living Green Valley has a total of 149 apartment homes available to rent.

Here’s a preview of what you can expect at Life Time Living Green Valley.
The kitchen is your blank slate for whipping up a nutritious salad, crafting a charcuterie board, meal prepping for the week, or hosting happy hour. “Communities gather around food — and hosting those social interactions in a beautiful kitchen makes them all the more enjoyable,” says Zedella.
The light wood finishes and neutral-colored back splash and granite countertops promote an open, clean feeling (the latter are also natural and nonreactive). The kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and a state-of-the-art water filtration system, too.
In need of mealtime inspiration? As a resident and Life Time member you get access to the Health Source through the Life Time Digital app, where you can find healthy recipes to try, as well as education around the best foods to eat to fuel your body. And whenever you don’t feel like cooking, you can order food from the LifeCafe for pick up or delivery.
Life Time Living apartment homes at Green Valley are available with one or two bedrooms, where you can enjoy a full night’s rest with soundproof walls and blackout shades to block the sun. Every bedroom also contains a full-sized washer and dryer conveniently located inside the walk-in closet.
Experience connected living by taking advantage of the technological features in your home. You can adjust the temperature from an app on your smart phone, so if you’re at the club and want your home to be cooled when you get back, you can turn on the air while you finish your last set of reps. You can also browse fitness class schedules on your smart TV and stream classes right from your living room.
You never know where you’ll meet new friends. Taking a FLOW yoga or Upper RX class may spark a new friendship with a fellow participant.
Or you may meet someone while mingling by the Poolside Bar and Bistro, which is dedicated to individuals above the age of 21. You can also take part in the social events hosted on the pool deck, ranging from happy hours with live music to nighttime swim experiences.
Want to throw a party of your own? Life Time Living features a catering kitchen, private dining room, and social space with walk out entries to the 8,000-plus-square-foot amenity deck. The Residents Concierge Team is stationed full-time in the lobby and serves as an onsite concierge. This team can assist in helping residents reserve a bike for or spot in a cycle class, deliver meals from the LifeCafe to their door, book an appointment at the LifeSpa, or arrange for weights to be brought to a resident’s home for an at-home workout setup.
Perhaps the greatest perk of being a Life Time Living resident is that it includes a membership to the Life Time athletic country club — only 100 yards away from the Living complex! — and all the equipment, classes, and amenities it offers.
“If you live here, it is truly a fully integrated experience from the club to your home,” says Zedella. “Our team can have equipment delivered to your unit to use while you stream your favorite studio class. We can have a nutritionist come into your kitchen to clean out and restock food items based on your goals. You can even set up to receive a knock on your door before your morning training session for extra accountability.”
