  • 1 serving Life Time Fiber
  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • 1 tbs. cashew butter
  • 1 large carrot, peeled and grated
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger


Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
