Veggie Detox Bowl
Use leftover quinoa and sweet potatoes to quickly throw together this bowl. If you eat meat, try adding some chopped chicken.

Ingredients
- 8 cups spinach
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 cup mashed sweet potato
- 8 tbs. hummus
