  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cucumber
  • A handful of kale, romaine lettuce, or spinach
  • 1 to 2 tsp. spirulina or chlorella
  • Coconut water (or purified water)
  • Stevia, to taste (optional)
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon or cacao (optional)
STEP 1
Blend together and enjoy.
STEP 2
You can experiment with adding hemp seeds for protein and maca powder for energy.
