Single Serve Peach Cobbler

This single-serve cobbler is made from whole-food ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole peaches
  • 1 tbs. almond flour
  • 2 tbs. rolled oats
  • 1 tsp. raw honey
  • 2 tbs. chopped walnuts
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
STEP 2
Slice the peaches in half and remove the pits. Dig a small cavity into the peach.
STEP 3
Mix together the almond flour, rolled oats, honey, walnuts, and salt. Spoon the mixture into the four halves.
STEP 4
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the peaches reach desired tenderness.
