- 3 pears (apples can also be used if desired)
- 4 tbs. gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 tsp. pure maple syrup
- 2 tbs. almond flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tbs. water
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Slice the pears in half and scoop out the centers.
Mix the remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Spoon the mixture into the center of the pears.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the pears are tender.
