Do your kids beg for tater tots? Try this veggie version you can feel great about serving them.
- 1 large head of cauliflower, minced in food processor
- 1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl.
STEP 2
Form the mixture into small tots by hand.
STEP 3
Place the tots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
