Life Time Living is coming to the North Hills neighborhood in Raleigh, N.C., in 2028. A defining milestone for the project took place on October 29, 2026, when Life Time leaders along with the project’s real estate partner Dewitt Carolinas celebrated the official groundbreaking of Life Time Living Raleigh, formally kicking off the second phase of the 40-acre, $1 billion development.
Located just north of the prominent Midtown Raleigh hub, Life Time Living Raleigh will feature more than 200 luxurious multi-family residences for leasing. The high-end tower will be built alongside an 80,000-square-foot, four-level Life Time Raleigh North Hills athletic country club and a 40,000-square-foot rooftop Beach Club with pools and pickleball courts. Together, this complex will bring the concept of live, work, and play to this community.

The luxury residences will range from 610 to 2,040 square feet with options for studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The units will feature high ceilings, large windows for optimal natural lighting, stainless steel appliances, custom soft-close cabinetry, walk-in closets, black-out shades, and more. The community will also offer work-from-home spaces, private dining rooms, outdoor resident amenities, a golf and game simulator room, and covered parking with EV charging stations.
Life Time Living Raleigh marks the seventh Life Time Living location: The concept debuted in Coral Gables, Fla., in 2021, with Life Time Living in Burlington, Mass., Green Valley, Nev., and Stamford, Conn., following. Two communities will open in 2027 — in King of Prussia, Pa., and Paradise Valley, Ariz. — with Life Time Living Raleigh then arriving in 2028. Every Life Time Living property is designed with built-in reinforcements to make healthy living as convenient as possible, like being adjacent or connected to a Life Time athletic country club.
