Variety of essential oil

If you suffer from seasonal allergies, try this hay-fever treatment, created by naturopath Rebecca Tanyar-Mead:

  • 1 drop peppermint essential oil
  • 1 drop eucalyptus essential oil
  • 1 drop lavender essential oil
  • 1 drop basil essential oil
  • 4 teaspoons coconut oil

Add peppermint, eucalyptus, lavender, and basil oils to the coconut oil and rub the blend behind your ears for relief.
