Many experts agree that meditating outside can help activate your senses and make it easier to let go during your practice. Open sky. Fresh air. Natural light. Simply spending time outdoors can be healing for both the body and mind — and being around water can offer its own calming advantages, including rest for your brain.

Keep in mind, children who cannot swim 25 meters continuously without assistance must always have an adult within 10 feet, and parents must be in the water with their children at all times during open swim sessions.
