  • 1/2 large, seedless watermelon
  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • Juice of 1/2 lime

For Freezing:

  • 6 cups ice
  • 1/3 cup salt
  • 2 gallon-sized plastic bags
  • 2 quart-sized plastic bags

In a blender, blend together the watermelon, coconut milk, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
Divide the ice and salt and add to both gallon bags.
Pour the watermelon mixture into the quart-sized bags and seal.
Place the sealed quart-sized bags inside the gallon bags. Shake for six to seven minutes or until sorbet is frozen. (We recommend wearing oven mitts when shaking the ice bags to avoid cold hands.)
