  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
  • 4 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 2 jalapeños
  • 2 tbs. chili powder
  • 1 tbs. cumin
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
STEP 1
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground turkey until browned and cooked through.
STEP 2
Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into bite-sized chunks. Dice the onion and jalapeños.
STEP 3
Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours, or until the sweet potatoes reach desired tenderness.
