  • 1 serving Life Time Vegan+ or Whey+ All-in-One vanilla shake mix
  • 1/2 small green apple
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3–5 ice cubes


Blend all ingredients together and enjoy.
