Spaghetti Pie

This "pie" uses zoodles instead of regular noodles, adding a good dose of nutrition to a family favorite.

  • Cook Time70 minutes
  • 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
  • 16 oz. ricotta cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 10 basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 medium zucchinis
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Combine all the ingredients except for the zucchini.
STEP 2
Spiralize the zucchini to form zucchini noodles. You can also grate the zucchini if you don't have a spiralizer.
STEP 3
Add the zoodles to mixture. Pour into a greased 9×13 pan.
STEP 4
Bake covered for 30 minutes.
STEP 5
Uncover and bake for an additional 40 minutes.
