- 2 (28 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes with basil
- 2 (14.5 oz.) cans fire-roasted tomatoes
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbs. fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tbs. fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. salt
- Optional: Shredded carrots, chopped bell peppers, mushrooms, or any of your favorite veggies
STEP 1
Toss all ingredients in the slow cooker, stir to combine, and cook on low for four hours.
