  • 2 (28 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes with basil
  • 2 (14.5 oz.) cans fire-roasted tomatoes
  • 1/2 yellow onion, diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbs. fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tbs. fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Optional: Shredded carrots, chopped bell peppers, mushrooms, or any of your favorite veggies
STEP 1
Toss all ingredients in the slow cooker, stir to combine, and cook on low for four hours.
