- 4 cups kale, pulled from the stem
- 1 tbs. olive oil
- 1 tbs. white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and massage the olive oil and spices into the kale leaves to coat evenly.
Spread the kale leaves out on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20 minutes or until crisp.
