Cran-Apple Turkey Meatballs

These festive meatballs are a delicious blend of lean turkey, spinach, onion, tart apple, cranberries, and aromatic sage.

  • 1 lb. lean ground turkey
  • 2 cups spinach, finely chopped
  • ½ tart apple, shredded
  • ¼ cup unsweetened dried cranberries
  • ½ yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbs. garlic powder
  • 1 tbs. fresh sage
  • Salt and pepper to taste
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
STEP 2
In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
STEP 3
Roll the mixture into 12 balls. Place the balls in a muffin tin, putting one ball in per opening. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, or until fully cooked.
